Allison is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in organization development, mergers and acquisitions, organization restructuring, change management, leadership development and training.

Allison has held a variety of positions from director of a not-for-profit organization, treasury services sales officer, sales consultant and Vice President of Facilities and Mail Operations. She has also served as an organization effectiveness consultant for Fortune 100 companies for the past 10 years. These varied roles, along with her ongoing involvement with training and organizational development, give her a unique perspective on learning and implementing change initiatives as a critical business process.

As Vice President of Organization and Employee Development at Wachovia Bank Card Services, Allison worked with her team to implement strategies in the training process such as continuous process improvement and IWORKs, which resulted in improved performance of front-line employees by an average of 30%.

Allison holds a Masters in the Human Resources and Organization Development program from the University of Georgia and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. In addition, she studied global diversity at the University of Manchester in Manchester, England, as part of a joint program with the University of Georgia.

Sandra brings to an organization a combination of practical Human Resources experiences rooted in sound academic principles. An industry veteran, she has more than 20 years of business experience in the telecommunication industry, and her internal consultancy has spanned nine states.

In her varied roles with the sales subsidiary of BellSouth, a Fortune 100 company, Sandra was recognized for her expertise in developing and implementing compliance, recruiting, training and talent assessment and development programs. EEO, ADA and Diversity corporate – wide programs have been acclaimed by her clients. She has been an OD consultant to such diverse groups as sales and service, the finance, legal, supply chain and technology fields.

Sandra holds a Masters in the Human Resources and Organization Development program from the University of Georgia. She also studied global diversity at the University of Manchester in Manchester, England, as part of a joint program with the University of Georgia and has completed the prestigious Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from the University of Michigan and Increasing Human Resources Effectiveness at Harvard University. Sandra holds certifications in coaching as well as government compliance programs.
